I have finally managed to get my hands on a copy of the latest issue of PC Zone, this is the first issue of the mag to appear since my internship there, and it is the first time anyone is able to see my name in print in a PC gaming magazine. If you manage to pick up a copy of the magazine you will see my review of The Political Machine 2008 (thanks for the help Log) and my review of Pro Cycling Manager Season 2008 – le Tour de France.

You also get to see a slightly strange picture of me in the ‘Meet the Team’ section…thanks for that one guys!

There should be some more of my work appearing in the next issue (out September 11th) but for now, check out the latest issue.

Cycling Manager Hits Steam

I have talked about Pro Cycling Manger 2008 here quite a bit in the past and word has reached me that it has now arrived on Steam for $49.99.

Now what is interesting is that I reviewed this game while I was interning/work experiencing at PC Zone, of which the latest issue with some of my work in should be out now in the UK. Haven’t gotten my hands on it yet, but when I do expect more of a low-down on what I did in the issue.

I have returned properly now from my week at PC Zone. It was an intersting but fun week with the guys, so thanks to Ed, Steve and Log for putting up with my copy. Hopefully my stuff will appear in the next issue and maybe the issue after, just wait and see how much they have changed it. I will continue my bloggings and stuff and see what happens once Uni is done with next year.

Anywho E3 has been and gone and I heard there was a lot of good shit going down. Well I had an interview with Marc Duffy and Miles Jacobson appearing during the last week, that is my contribution to keeping on top of the E3 news. I’m sure that you all can find the E3 focused news on almost every other games site out there, let normal service resume here next week.

Tomorow sees the first day of my internship at PC Zone. This is my first foray into magazine journalism and I am quite looking forward to it. Thanks go out to Will Porter for setting it all up for me and thanks in advance to all the guys at the mag for letting me do stuff there for a week.
