It seems to be the season for Beta testing right now, I am currently involved in a massive (or maybe not) three Beta programs. I can talk about two, while the other is one that all participants had to sign an NDA for.

So that leaves me with two Beta’s to talk about. Firstly is the Football Manager Live beta which I have returned to take part in, or at least I will do once the servers are sorted out. I originall took part in the Football Manager Live beta last summer, I enjoyed it but for one reason or another my activity levels dropped off and I decided to leave and open up the slot to a more active player. I really enjoyed my time in the Beta last year, and once I can get in I am sure I will thoroughly enjoy this one too.

I am also taking part in the Command and Conquer Red Alert 3 Beta and have been having a whale of a time. This game already has that ‘feel’ that is so necessary for a game to be (for me) truly good. While I may hate the Japanese side already, the Allies and Soviet’s are really fun to play with. I shall have to write more on this soon.
